摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the waste of a solidifying material, etc., by injecting a specified fluid from the front end of a rod mechanism, drawing out the rod mechanism while the ground in the periphery of the front end section is excavated and an agitating blade is turned and forming a hardened body in the ground. CONSTITUTION:A rod mechanism 3 is composed of an outer rod 13, an agitating blade 5 installed to the peripheral section of the front end of the outer rod 13, an inner rod 14 rotatably inserted into the outer rod 13, a water injection nozzle mounted at the front end of the inner rod 14, solidifying-material injection nozzles 16 set up to the side face of the front end section of the inner rod 14, and an automatic bearing 17, which is fixed on the upper end section side of the inner rod 14 and rotatably supports the upper end section side of the outer rod 13 to the rear end of the inner rod 14 while preventing rotation by a rod drive mechanism 2. A solidifying material 4 is injected from the high- pressure injection sections 16, and the ground in the periphery of the front end is excavated and the agitating blades 5 are turned and the rod mechanism 3 is drawn out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To utilize surplus soil by a method wherein clayey surplus soil in high water content unavailable as it is for being utilized is decomposed and after that viscous fluid premixed material is made therefrom with solidification agent added and agitation applied, and piles are created by injecting such material into the ground. CONSTITUTION:Silty and clayey surplus soil in third class and fourth class in high water content is decomposed at a surplus soil decomposition plant. After that the decomposed surplus soil is thrown into a kneading plant with cement milk as solidification agent prepared in a solidification agent plant added thereto. Then, viscous fluid premixed material is made by mixing the decomposed soil and the cement milk together and by applying agitation thereto. Such material is then supplied by means of pressurized conveyance pump or the like to a ground penetration apparatus and is discharged continuously into the ground, and solidified piles and pile groups are created therewith. Thereby hardness of the premixed material can be adjusted easily by changing mixing ratio of the solidification agent. Because of its viscous fluidity, execution of work can be facilitated while surplus soil can be utilized positively in ground plants or in offshore plants.

CONSTITUTION:A driving shaft 1 is constituted with true shaft parts 1A, 1A, which are formed in a coaxial manner with the center of rotation 2 of this driving shaft 1, and an inclined shaft part 1B which is inclined relative to the center of rotation 2. Then, horizontal stirring blades 5, 7 are provided by making protrusion in an approximately normal manner from the respective center point parts of the true shaft parts 1A and the inclined shaft part 1B. Inclined stirring blades 6, 8 are provided by making protrusion in an approximately normal manner from the circumferential plane of the inclined shaft part 1B. When the driving shaft 1 is rotated, and the horizontal stirring blades 5, 7 and the inclined stirring blades 6, 8 are rotated, the inclined stirring blades 6, 8 are rotated while moving soil in the vertical direction. This movement allows the accompanying rotation of soil to be stopped, leading to efficient stirring.

Thus, the accompanying rotation of soil is stopped during this operation, leading to efficient stirring.

In this case, the sensor drive mechanisms 5a and 5b are operated so as to set a sensor part 31 at the same vertical position as that of the solidifying agent injecting nozzle 22, thereby checking the detection status of the solidifying agent 6 and performing the desired controlling, as needed.
