摘要： PURPOSE: To apply a fleece band to a support web by moving an edging cutter in the vicinity of a fleece band coil adjoining the support web edge at a relative speed in relation to the feed device which corresponds to the relative cross-feed of the feed device compared to the support web, but is opposite to this cross- feed. CONSTITUTION: An edging device 10 comprises at least one edging cutter 15 which moves at a relative speed in relation to a feed device 3 which corresponds to the relative cross-feed of the feed device 3 compared to the support web 2, but is opposite to this cross-feed. Because such a relative movement of the cutter 15 to the feed device 3 enables the cutter 15 to be guided at desired side intervals to the vertical edge of the web 2, the fleece web area approaching the cutter 15 is trimmed parallel to the edge of the web 2 irrespective of the traverse movement of the device 3. This ensures a uniform fleece band feed.

摘要： PURPOSE: To make a fleece band coil parallel precisely by providing a feed device that is supported pivotally around the rotating axial line away from the position 18 where the fleece band 1 contacts the web 2, and is made rotatable and adjustable in relation to the way the fleece band coil 2a forming a contact edge extends vertically or the way a vertical edge does. CONSTITUTION: A feed device 3 having edge trimmers 12 extends at the right angles to a fleece band 1 or to a support web 2 in the fleece band feed range. The device 3 is supported pivotally around the rotating axial line provided away from the position 18 where the fleece band 1 contacts the web 2, being made rotatable and adjustable in relation to the way the fleece band coil 2a forming a contact edge extends vertically or the way a vertical edge does. This structure enables the fleece band approaching the web to be directed in the direction of a given lead angle, thereby making it possible to obtain an advantageous condition for contacting the edge of each fleece band coil to each other precisely. Rotational adjustment which changes the position from the way the fleece band approaching the web extends can be used advantageously.

摘要： PURPOSE: To control the feed speed of a fiber sheet band supply device and make a load uniform and make a longitudinal edge straight, relating to the interval change for the wide support band of a not guided fiber sheet band part of the fiber sheet band part staying between the wide support band and the guide body provided in front thereof. When this interval change exceeds the upper/lower limit values of a target width change, the feed drive device of a supply device 3 is controlled and the tensile stress on the fiber sheet band part 12 is made unchangeable. Therefore, the fiber sheet band 1 is placed so that its edge is formed straightly for the wide support band 2.
