    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondestructive inspection system that precisely detects that the overlapped joint part of dissimilar metals has a high intensity junction state in which the metals are securely subjected to metal junction.SOLUTION: A nondestructive inspection system 100 sets the overlapped joint part of dissimilar metals to be inspected of a work 1 by a handling robot 11 at a predetermined position and angle. The nondestructive inspection system radiates laser light having a predetermined waveform onto the surface of the overlapped joint part and images it by an infrared camera 3 to obtain an infrared image by a data processing device 4. Base on the obtained infrared image, each pixel of the infrared image obtained by the data processing device 4 is subjected to Fourier transformation and a phase image is generated by a console device 5. Based on the generated phase image, the quality of the junction is determined. During the nondestructive inspection, based on the intensity of the infrared image just after laser light is injected, whether reflection by a vertical wall in the vicinity is large or not is determined. By finely adjusting an angle between the optical axis of the laser light and the surface of an inspected part, an infrared image having little noise can be obtained.

In the hemming step, the thermosetting adhesive 13 is heated in advance by the remaining heat during the friction stirring and joining, and the skin 11 is temporarily joined with the frame 12.
