When irradiating the light from each light source part 13 in a state in which the plurality of units 10 are mounted on the wall surface, the light is reflected and scattered to the reflection panel 12 of the opposing or neighboring unit 10, and the reflected and scattered light illuminates the indoor plants. The reflected and scattered light indirectly illuminates the plants, and suppressing unevenness of illumination such as shadow generated indoors by direct illumination.
