    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver sleepiness detector capable of properly detecting driver sleepiness by combining the traveling stability index of a vehicle and the index which can be obtained from the speech of the driver.
      SOLUTION: The driver sleepiness detector includes a sensor 11 for measuring the grade of the vibration of a vehicle body and the change of the distance from a center line of a road which can be set in a vehicle, a microphone for recording the speech voice of the driver himself during driving the vehicle, a chaos analyzing means for executing chaos analysis from the speech voice obtained by the microphone 12, a sleepiness grade estimating means of the driver for estimating the sleepiness of the driver from changes with time of the traveling stability index of the vehicle obtained from the sensor 11 and the index calculated by the chaos analysis obtained from the chaos analyzing means respectively by using the indexes, and an alarm 14 for informing for urging wake-up according to the output condition from the sleepiness estimating means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination microphone system for speaking voice collection capable of obtaining voice signals, corresponding to speech analysis due to a speaking voice analysis system, with high reproducibility and sufficient reliability, even in a situation where environmental noise level is high. SOLUTION: The combination microphone system comprises a bone conduction microphone 1 that a user wears; a switch 4, which is triggered by a signal from the bone conduction microphone 1 and identifies the speaking time of the user; a normal microphone switch 2 which is installed for the user and connected to the switch 4; and a speaking voice analyzer 5 connected to an output side of the switch 4. Signals from the ordinary microphone 2 are controlled, by operating the switch 4, and from among voice signals collected by the normal microphone 2, only the voice signal to be analyzed is inputted to the speaking voice analyzer 5.
