摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the production of black coal ash, by a method wherein coal ash, discharged from a combustion boiler for coal, is fed in a classifying device which classifies the ash into coarse powder and fine powder, the coarse powder is charged into a combustion furnace for coal togetherwith combustion exhaust gas or a preheated air, while the fine powder is removed out of a system. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas, exhausted from a combustion boiler 1 burning pulverized coal, is first guided to a high-temperature electric dust collector 2 to free the exhaust gas from coal ash containing black coal ash. After the collected coal ash is stowed in an ash disposing part 7, such as hoppers, once, it is guided to a classifying device 8 where it is classified into coarse powder and fine powder. Thereafter, the classified coarse powder is charged into a preheating air line 10, an exhaust gas recirculating line 11, or an exhaust gas mixing line 12 to return it to a combustion furnace for pulverized coal for combustion. Meanwhile, the fine powder is removed as fly ash of specification out of the system. Exhaust gas, freed from coal ash, is then exhausted through a chimney to the open air after passing through an air preheater 3, a gas.gas heater 4, and a desulfurizing device 5.

After coal ash, collected by a dust collector, is stowed in an ash disposing part 10 once, it is introduced to a classifying device 3 to classify it into coarse powder and fine powder. A part of the fine powder, classified by the classifying device 3, is charged into a preheating air line 11, an exhaust gas circulating line 12, or an exhaust gas mixing line 13 to return it to a combustion furnace for pulverized furnace for combustion, and the remaining fine powder is removed as on-specification ash fly out of a system.

The bulked granules have preferably >=3mm. particle diameters.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a high efficiency of combustion and a high efficiency in operation of a plant by a method wherein a dead-burned alkaline earth metallic oxide substances are applied as fluidized bed substance, a temperature of the fluidized bed is kept at a high temperature and hot combustion gas is fed into a gas turbine. CONSTITUTION:Although dead-burned lime supplied to a fluidized bed forms a fluidized bed 7 together with coal ashes, the lime is gradually made into powder and scatters, so the dead-burned lime is supplied continuously or intermittently. A volume of a thermal conducting pipe 4 is defined in advance through a calculation of a thermal balance in the fluidized bed in such a way as a temperature of the fluidized bed is at least 950 deg.C. In this way, the fluidized bed has a major constituent of dead-burned lime, a reduction speed of thickness of a wall of the thermal conducting pipe 4 is quite slow and so the pipe can be used for a longer period. Hot combustion gas is sent to a gas turbine 12 after its dust is removed by a dust collector 11. The gas turbine 12 is connected to an air compressor 13 and a generator 14. Since hot combustion gas from a pressurized and fluidized bed 7 can be utilized, a high thermal efficiency can be attained.

The mixture is introduced to the steam-water separator 4, separated into the dried saturated steam 5 and the hot water 6, the hot water 6 is fed to the first pressure container 8 such as sealed autoclave sealing the brown coal 7 so that the brown coal 7 is heated, and water in liquid state is removed. While, the second pressure container 10 is charged with the above-mentioned saturated steam 5 and the brown coal is further dehydrated in liquid state. The first pressure container 8 is charged with the dried saturated steam, the brown coal is further dehydrated in liquid state, the hot water and the dried saturated steam are fed to plural containers with changing them alternately or one after the other, and formed water exhausted from the pressure containers is partially sent to the boiler, so that the brown coal is dehydrated efficiently.

The (saturated) exhausted steam generated during the operation is used as heat source for the first heating.

The saturated steam or the steam near to it is fed to the second pressure container 2 or pressure containers following it, and the brown coal 3 is dehydrated with the saturated steam. Preferably the first pressure container 1 is charged with fine brown coal and the second pressure container 2 with coarse brown coal.
