    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material capable of allowing a worker to decide a position for driving a nail by a nail driving machine when driving the nail to fix the floor material easily, reducing possibility of crack of a tongue due to driving the nail, and preventing occurrence of swelling of the floor material by a nail head. SOLUTION: This floor material is constituted in such a way that a tongue part 2 and a groove part 3 are formed in the longitudinal parts on the left and right sides, the tongue part 2 is composed of an upper side end face 7, a tongue 4, and a lower side end face 8, a swelling part 5 is formed in a terminal part and a step part 6 is formed between the terminal part and a tip side of the tongue 4 by the swelling part 5 on an upper face of the tongue 4, a channel 13 continuous with an upper face of the swelling part 5 is provided on the upper side end face of the tongue part 2, and a cut-out part 12 formed by cutting out a tip lower corner part is formed in an upward protruding part 10 of the groove part 3. As a result, the position for driving a nail by a nail driving machine can be easily decided by the step part 6, and swelling of the floor material can be prevented because the nail head can be stored in a space formed by the channel 13 and the cut-out part 12. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative laminate material with a false long groove part, formed on the surface, in which burrs and color drift hardly occur.
SOLUTION: This decorative laminate material is constituted of a base material 10 made of a plywood obtained by laminating five-ply veneers 11 to 15 and a surface decorative material 20 comprising a sliced veneer of Japanese oak, which is laminated on the surface of the base material 10. In addition, in order to make a plurality of pieces look as if they were joined together, three false long grooves 1A extending lengthwise are cut at a specified interval on the surface of the surface decorative material 20 attached to the base material 10. Further, a plurality of false short grooves extending in the short side direction between the adjacent false long grooves 1A are cut in randomly arranged positions. Besides, long grooves for pigmentation and short grooves for pigmentation filled with a resin blend 30 pigmented to the standard material color, are formed on the surface of the veneer 11 of the base material 10 so as to correspond with the positions where the false long grooves 1A and the false short grooves are formed. At the same time, numerous reinforcing grooves filled with the resin blend 30 are formed at an interval of 3.0 mm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for a decorative panel capable of ensuring sufficient surface hardness without using an expensive wood material like hard south-sea wood or a medium density fiberboard.
SOLUTION: The substrate for the decorative panel is constituted by forming a large number of grooves on the outer surface of a substrate body 11 formed of a wood material such as a five-layered plywood or the like at a predetermined pitch and filling them with a resin compound 12. The surface hardness of the substrate body 11 is raised by curing the resin compound 12 filled in the grooves and, even if inexpensive ordinary plywood for a floor panel not having a sufficient surface hardness is used as the substrate body 11, a sufficient surface hardness can be ensured. The grooves can be formed by machining the outer surface of the substrate body 11 or hot-pressing or cold-pressing the outer surface of the substrate body 11 by a metal roll having a large number of ridges formed to the outer peripheral surface thereof, and, for example, the grooves can be formed to the outer surface of the substrate body 11 by a so-called "burning" method of burning the outer surface of the substrate body 11 by a laser beam.
