SOLUTION: This incineration disposal device is provided with an incineration object feeding part 83 fed with an incineration object, an upper body 10 provided with a combustion chamber 20 for burning the incineration object, supply pipes 12, 13 for supplying hot water and steam to pipes and an exhaust part 22 for exhausting an exhaust gas, a lower body 50 for constituting a bottom part of the combustion chamber 20 to deposit the incineration object, provided with furnace floor bodies 62, 106 for dropping the incineration ash, furnace floor body driving mechanisms 69, 107 and incineration ash discharge parts 60, 103 for discharging the incineration ash, and for constituting a pedestal part, and a burner 40.
