      SOLUTION: This pump X is composed by integrating a pump part 2 with a motor part 1. The motor part 1 is formed into a canned type provided with: a motor case 11; a stator 12 arranged inside the motor case 11; a cylindrical can 13 arranged inside the stator 12; and a rotor 14 rotatably supported inside the can 13, and having a shaft 141. The pump part 2 is composed by comprising a pump chamber 21 formed adjacently to a bulkhead 22 arranged on one end side of the can 13, and a cascade impeller 24 supported to one end of the shaft 141 in the pump chamber 21.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately generate micro bubbles while accurately grasping a change in the operating state of a pump such as clogging which occurs in a part of a flow path.
      SOLUTION: A pump unit X is composed of a pump 2 which is operated at a prescribed rotation speed and introduces fluid through piping L1 and discharges the fluid to piping L4 in a prescribed high pressure state, a pressure sensor 8 for detecting the pressure of the fluid passing through the piping L4, a display means for displaying the operating state of the pump 2, and piping L3 connected to the piping L1 to introduce outside air to the piping L1. The piping L3 is provided with a speed controller 61 for adjusting an air volume introduced into the piping L1. The display means displays on a display lamp 13 the volume of air entering the pump 2 through the piping L1 as it is appropriate when a detection value of the pressure sensor 8 falls within a prescribed range, and on the display lamp 13 the volume of air entering the pump 2 as it is appropriate when the detection value of the pressure sensor 8 is out of the prescribed range.
