    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correspond to the next shifting operation even if an operating lever is in an arbitrary position in the middle of shifting, after shifting of a point is finished and indexing is performed.
      SOLUTION: This mechanism has a combination of a shifting roller 15 and an operating lever cam 14. The shifting roller 15 is moved in parallel with the moving direction of the operating lever 10 driven in a linear direction over a range of a constant stroke. The operating lever cam 14 is attached to a part of the operating lever 10, receives the shifting roller 15 moved in the linear direction when shifting the point, integrally moves the operating lever 10 from a normal position to a reverse position or from the reverse position to the normal position with movement and displacement of the shifting roller 15, and releases the restriction of the operating lever 10 at the transfer termination thereof to perform trailing indexing of a tongue rail. Even in shifting after the trailing indexing, the operating lever cam 14 can receive the shifting roller 15 moved in the linear direction.
