SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 is installed on the top of a neck 28 of an inverted bottle 11 constituting the inverted volatilization device 10. Notch parts 2 are formed on the periphery of the decorative sheet 1 at regular intervals, and an opening 4 is formed on its center. When the inverted volatilization device 10 is used, a liquid formulation 13 housed in the bottle 11 is fed to a volatile substance in a lower container 12 through each notch parts 2 and the opening 4, and fragrance or the like is emitted from a volatilization opening 15. In addition, various patterns 5 and 6 can be seen through the bottle 11 and so the external decorativeness is improved. When the liquid formulation 13 is packed in the bottle 11 in its manufacturing process, the decorative sheet 1 is rolled up and inserted into the bottle 11 so that it may spread by its elasticity in the bottle 11. When the liquid formulation 13 is packed in this state, air is leaked from the notch parts 2 and the opening 4, to prevent a leak of the liquid formulation 13 due to air bubbles in packing.
