The tool body 10a has a suction hole 10e which opens in the portion of the cutting blade holding part 10b, is so formed as to penetrate through the other end 10g of the tool body 10a and is communicated with a chip suction device 15, and further, the cutting blade holding part 10b includes a guide surface 10f which has a recessed groove shape and is communicated with the suction hole 10e.
