摘要：本発明が解決しようとする課題は、優れたリワーク性及びエア抜け性と、優れた耐衝撃性及び飛散防止性とを両立した両面粘着テープを提供することである。本発明は、基材の一方の面側にシリコーン系粘着剤層を有し、前記基材の他方の面側にアクリル系粘着剤層を有する両面粘着テープであって、前記シリコーン系粘着剤層に所定のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを貼付し、それを180°方向へ引っ張ることで測定される引張強さが0.01N/25mm〜0.1N/25mmの範囲であり、かつ、前記アクリル系粘着剤層に所定のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを貼付し、それを180°方向へ引っ張ることで測定される引張強さが5N/25mm〜28N/25mmの範囲であることを特徴とする両面粘着テープに関するものである。

摘要：光学フィルムの固定に使用する粘着テープであって、光学フィルムと接する粘着剤層が、水分散型アクリル系粘着剤組成物からなる粘着剤層であり、粘着剤層のガラス転移温度が−5℃以下であり、ゲル分率が25〜45%である粘着テープにより、VOCを低減した水系粘着剤を使用した際にも、部材を好適に固定でき、かつ歪みの生じやすい光学フィルムの歪みを抑制できる粘着テープを提供する。本発明の粘着テープは、優れた環境対応性を有しつつ、光学フィルムを被着対象とした場合にも光学フィルムの歪みによる視認性の低下や、筐体のねじれ等の変形による粘着テープの剥がれを抑制できることから、光学フィルムを被着対象とする画像表示装置の部品間固定、特に光学フィルムと透明パネルとの固定に好適である。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding adhesive tape which is resistant to peeling between a light-shielding layer and an adhesive layer by repulsive force even under a high-temperature condition or a thermal cycling condition without using a halogen-containing vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin as a light-shielding layer and is excellent in reworkability. SOLUTION: In the light shielding adhesive tape, the light-shielding layer including a resin film and an ink layer and the adhesive layer are laminated, the halogen content of the light-shielding layer is 0.3 mass% or less, and an ink composition used in the light-shielding layer contains a polyester polyurethane resin, as the binder resin, in which peak temperature at tangent δ measured in dynamic viscoelasticity spectrum at a frequency of 1 Hz is -30 to 30°C. Since the light-shielding layer has adequate elasticity and stress relaxation by the light shielding self-adhesive tape containing an aliphatic isocyanate, alicyclic isocyanate or trimers thereof as a curing agent, the repulsive force is applied to the tape at a high temperature to inhibit separation and occurrence of cutting off is inhibited even if peeling it at a high speed in rework. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-coated tape capable of fixing an LCD panel and a backlight casing, which are in a state of being held by an FPC and always applied with repulsion, to each other, having excellent drop impact resistance and repulsion resistance even though being a thin film, and further having excellent light reflecting and light shielding properties, and to provide an LCD module unit, in which components are fixed by using the double-coated tape. SOLUTION: The double-coated tape 13 is used for fixing the LCD panel 20 and the backlight casing 19, which are interposed by the FPC 21 of the LCD module unit 100, to each other, and is provided with the light reflecting and light shielding properties. The double-coated tape 13 is composed of a base material, in which a light reflection surface and a light shielding surface are provided on a substrate, and adhesive layers, which are provided on both surfaces of the base material. Each of the adhesive layers has a maximum value (M 1 ) of tangent of the loss angle (tan δ) in the temperature region between -40°C and -15°C.
