    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side ditch block and a connection method for the side ditch block for reducing amount of sticking-out of an end part of a vertical plate into a water channel and enlarging the angle of connection in a connection part of side ditch blocks which is connectable at a free angle. SOLUTION: In a connection end part on one side of the side ditch block, a horizontal plate has a projecting semi-circular shape, when viewed within a plane; an end plate is formed continuously from the vertical plate, along a peripheral fringe part of the horizontal plate to shut down the water channel; and an end face of the horizontal plate and an outer face of the end plate are formed as a convex circular-arc connection face. A part of the end plate of the block is cut out, a cut-out opening part is formed, according to the desired angle of connection to communicate the water channel, and the side ditch block having a concave circular-arc connection face, corresponding to the convex circular-arc connection face, is connected to the connection end part.       SOLUTION: In construction of a side ditch, a convex block which has a flat end face on one end and a convex end face forming a convexly arched curved surface in plan on the other end, and a concave block which has a flat end face on one end and a concave end face forming a concavely arched curved surface in plan on the other end, are connected to an ordinary side ditch block, and the convex block and the concave block are connected together and laid in a side ditch construction location. Thus, the convexly arched end face and the concavely arched end face are connected together, and therefore an optional angle can be formed between the blocks adjacent to each other at a joint portion, which leads to easy formation of the curve at an optional curvature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate works for cleaning, reinforcing bar insertion, form release and assembly by forming a centrifugal molding form of a stationary mold with numerous cavities which are opened in the axial center direction for molding a finished product and are fixed to numerous longitudinal members and an open-close mold hinged to a hinge part in a freely opening/closing manner, on the concentric circle of the axial center in the longitudinal direction within a cylindrical framework. SOLUTION: The form is rotated sideways, then concrete is loaded into the form from a center hole and is packed into cavities from apertures by centrifugal force. Further, the concrete is tamped by centrifugal force into a specified shape. After the completion of a curing process, a concrete product is released from the form and the interior of the cavities is cleaned, greased and further, an attachment is fitted with the performance of operations such as reinforcing bar insertion. The cavities are opened toward the outside when an open-close mold 6 is opened, and the mold 6 is closed after operations such as cleaning are ended. Further, the mold 6 is clamped by a clamping device and a rotating platen is attached to the mold 6 and fixed with a mounting nut to assemble the form. After the assembly of the form, a molding operation is again carried out. Thus it is possible to easily put operations such as cleaning the interior of the cavities, form release and assembly into practice.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the force required for reverse rotation by controlling each product support base so as to be moved in the opposite direction at the time of narrowing or widening a space between a pair of product support bases, and passing an axis of a reverse shaft of a reverse frame through a nearly central part of a block pinched by the pair of product supporting bases. SOLUTION: A concrete reversing device 1 is formed of a support frame and a reverse frame pivotally fitted to the support frame freely to be reversed. The reverse frame has a pair of product support bases 10, 11 opposite to each other provided so that a space between them can be freely narrowed and widened. An axis X of a reverse shaft 4 of the reverse frame is provided at a position passing through a space pinched by the product support bases 10, 11 (a nearly central part of the space). When a concrete product C is fed onto the product support base 10, the product support base 10 is moved upward and the product support base 11 are moved downward. With this structure, a center of gravity G of the concrete product C comes close to the axis X of the reverse shaft 4, and the force to be required for reverse rotation can be reduced.
