摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthesis assembly for use with a scapula. SOLUTION: The prosthesis assembly includes a glenoid bearing support and a bearing. The glenoid cavity bearing support includes a glenoid cavity vault-occupying portion configured to occupy at least a portion of a glenoid cavity vault of the scapula, and having a first coupling component. The glenoid cavity bearing support further includes a glenoid cavity rim replacement portion attached to the glenoid cavity vault-occupying portion. The bearing defines a bearing surface and has a second coupling component configured to cooperate with the first coupling component to couple the bearing to the glenoid cavity vault-occupying portion. The glenoid cavity vault-occupying portion defines a bearing-side end portion and an opposite-side end portion. The glenoid cavity rim replacement portion projects outwardly from the bearing-side end portion of the glenoid cavity vault-occupying portion. The at least one first combination device has: a proximal portion configured to be connected with a torque supply device; and a distal portion configured to be connected with a first instrument. The at least one first combination device can turn between a first position wherein the proximal portion and the distal portion are (i) linearly arranged in the long direction and (ii) configured to transmit a torque received by the proximal portion to the distal portion, and a second position wherein the proximal portion and the distal portion are (i) not linearly arranged in the long direction and (ii) configured to transmit the torque received by the proximal portion to the distal portion.
