    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device in which a large inductive noise current is hard to mix into an external terminal.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a power conversion circuit 10, a metal case 4, an external terminal 2, and two capacitors 3a and 3b. Each capacitor 3 has one electrode 31 electrically connected to the external terminal 2 and the other electrode 32 electrically connected to the case 4. A loop L through which a current flows is formed by the two capacitors 3a and 3b, the external terminal 2, and the case 4. An AC magnetic field H is generated from a part of the power conversion circuit 10. In the loop L, two regions of a first region S1 and a second region S2 exist through which the magnetic flux Φ of the AC magnetic field H penetrates. The directions of the magnetic flux Φ penetrating through the two regions S1 and S2 are opposite to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting substrate capable of restraining vibration of a substrate.SOLUTION: A mounting substrate 1 comprises: a substrate 10 having a cut hole 11; a capacitor 20 having a laminate 22; and a stationary section 31 fixing the capacitor 20. The stationary section 31 is positioned at a center region C of the laminate 22, and fixes the capacitor 20 so that the capacitor 20 inserted in the cut hole 11 and an inner wall 115 of the cut hole 11 are isolated from each other. Thereby, the capacitor 20 and the substrate 10 are connected by the stationary section 31 at the center region C in which vibration in a lamination direction of the laminate 22 is minimum. Therefore, the vibration in the lamination direction of the laminate 22 can be restrained from being transmitted to the substrate 10.
