    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular motor driven compressor with an inverter device 20 having improved cooling performance without the need for increasing its size.
      SOLUTION: In a compressor housing 11, leg portions 12a-12d are provided. A longitudinal intermediate portion 13b of a bolt 13 passing through the leg portion 12b is located on the upper side of a protruded portion 20a of the inverter device 20. Namely, the protruded portion 20a of the inverter device 20 is located on the side of an internal 600 of the compressor housing 11, relative to the bolt 13. Thus, the inverter device 20 has contact with the upper side outer wall of the compressor housing 11 even inside an recessed portion 131, independently of the bolt 13. This results in an increased contact area between the compressor housing 11 and the inverter device 20.
