摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positional deviation in a longitudinal direction when forming projecting shape 24 which is difficult to form in single forming stage by using a plurality of forming stages 40A, 40B.
SOLUTION: A transfer roll 45 on the circumferential surface of which a shape into which a projecting part 24a on the large side formed in the upstream-side forming stage 40A is fit is provided between the upstream-side forming stage 40A and the downstream-side forming stage 40B. In this way, since the projecting part 24a on the large side formed in the upstream-side forming stage 40A is fit into the upstream-side projecting part 41a of an upstream projecting-side forming roll 41, the transferring recessed part 45a of the transferring roll 45 and a downstream-side projecting part 43a of a downstream projecting side forming roll 43 in this order like a sprocket and fed to the the downstream-side forming stage 40B along the partial circumferential surfaces of respective rolls 41, 45, 43, large positional deviation is not caused in the longitudinal direction and the projecting part 24 which is difficult to form in a single forming stage can be formed by using the plurality of the forming stages 40A, 40B.
