      SOLUTION: This heat exchanger includes a plurality of tubes 111, a pair of tanks 120 and 130 communicating with the insides of the tubes 111, and cross-sectionally U-shaped side plates 113 arranged outside the stacked tubes 111, and opened in directions opposite to the stacked tubes 111. Longitudinal ends of a seating surface part 113b of the side plate 113 are inserted into plate holes 120a and 130a formed on header tanks 120 and 130, and projected into the header tanks 120 and 130; and ends of a pair of sidewalls 113a of the side plate 113 are jointed to outer peripheral surfaces of the header tanks 120 and 130. Thereby, the component cost can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid receiver capable of suppressing breakage of detachment preventing members.
      SOLUTION: This liquid receiver includes cylindrical members 10, 19 formed into the cylindrical shape and respectively having opening sections at one end side, plug bodies 11 closing the opening sections 19d, and the detachment preventing members 14, 15 preventing detachment of the plug bodies 11 from the cylindrical members 10, 19. The plug bodies 11 comprise filtering sections 11a for removing foreign matters in a refrigerant. Contact sections 11f, 14b made of resin, and positioned at places where the plug bodies 11 and the detachment preventing members 14, 15 are kept into contact with each other, have the shape to disperse axial refrigerant pressure F1 applied to the plug bodies 11 into radial stress F2 and axial stress F3, and transmitting them to the detachment preventing members 14, 15. The shape is composed of an inclined face 11f disposed on an outer peripheral face of the plug body 11 and gradually thickening the plug body 11 toward the inserting direction to the cylindrical member 10, 19, and an inclined face 14b disposed on an inner peripheral face of the detachment preventing member 14, 15 and gradually increasing an inner diameter of the detachment preventing member 14, 15 toward the inserting direction.
