    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal peeling device capable of surely taking out seals by peeling from a mount without damaging the easily damaged seals.
      SOLUTION: This seal peeling device 1 comprises a feed-out part of the mount A on which a large number of seals are stuck, a winding part 3 for the mount after the seals are peeled off, a peeling part 4 peeling the seals from the mount, and a conveying part 5 holding/conveying the seals. The seal peeling device 1 is formed so that the peeling part is reciprocatingly movable, the first and second clamp parts 6A and 6B of the mount are are mounted on the upstream and downstream sides of the peeling part, and a tension part is installed between the both clamp parts. The mount is fixed at the both clamp parts and, with a seal held by the conveying part, the peeling part is moved while applying a specified tension to the mount to peel off the seals from the mount.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational torque measuring method and a measuring device having a wide measuring range and capable of preventing excessive torque from being applied to it. SOLUTION: This rotational torque measuring device 1 is provided with a magnet 4 fitted to one end of the rotary shaft 3a of a stepping motor 3 as a transmission means transmitting the rotating force of the stepping motor 3 to a work 2 and a magnet 5 fitted to one end of the rotary shaft 2a of the work 2. When the stepping motor 3 is rotated at a fixed speed, the rotating force of the stepping motor 3 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 2a of the work 2 by the magnetic force generated between the magnets 4, 5. When the rotary shaft 2a of the work 2 is rotated, the rotating speed of the work 2 is measured, the rotating speed change quantity of the work 2 is calculated, and the maximum rotational torque of the work 2, i.e., the magnitude of the resistance of the rotating portion of the work 2, can be determined from the maximum rotating speed change quantity.
