摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push-down-to-open type plastic cap which can be opened without touching the mouthpiece.SOLUTION: This relates to a push-down-to-open type plastic cap 1, including an inner cap 4 mounted on the opening of a container and a movable cap 3 mounted on its outside movably in the container axis direction, the cap part 32 formed in the movable cap 3 comes in tight contact with the discharge opening 61 formed in the inner cap 4 to seal them when the movable cap 3 is moved upward in the axis line direction led by guide parts 52, 53 formed in the inner cap 4, and the cap part 32 is removed from the discharge opening 61 to open and to expose an opening 60 upward for drinking above the top end of the movable cap 3 when the movable cap 3 is moved downward.
