    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a homogeneous variable pad without allowing air to enter a curing resin, in the variable pad used when constructing a slab track by laying a railway rail.
      SOLUTION: This variable pad is an airtight bag 13 inserted between a tie plate fastened to prestress concrete of the slab track and a track pad contacting with the rail, used to be fixed by injecting the curing resin, fusing an outer peripheral enclosure part 14 by superposing resin sheets 13a and 13b and installing an injection port of the curing resin in one corner; and has a resistor 16 of a curing resin flow on another side by expanding and sandwiching reinforced fiber cloth 15 on the injection port side of a division by being partitioned while communicating by linearly fusing a part of the bag.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely exhaust gas, by reducing leaking-out of an injected resin, in a variable pad used for filling up a void generated between a tie plate and a rail arranged on a track slab, when laying the rail on the prestressed concrete track slab and a sleeper.
      SOLUTION: This variable pad fills up the void under the rail 8 by hardening resin, by injecting the curing-resin inside in a state of being arranged under the rail 8. The variable pad 1 is composed of mutually oppositely arranged plastic sheets 2 and 2 of fusing the periphery except for a part being an injection port 3 of the resin. An exhaust hole 4 is formed in a position near the periphery except for the injection port 3 for exhausting the air existing between the plastic sheets 2 and 2 when injecting the resin.
