Delivery destination selection means 2097 selects the delivery destination specified by an operation by the prescribed member as a delivery destination of this time. Print instruction means 2096 gives an instruction to print the selected delivery destination of this time on a delivery slip 6. However, when the delivery destination desired by the prescribed member is not included in the list, an operation of entering a character string indicating a new delivery destination to the delivery slip 6 with an electronic pen 1 is performed. Character recognition means 2092 recognizes the character string indicating the delivery destination expressed by drawing strokes of the electronic pen 1 as character information. SOLUTION: The printing substrate includes: a first base material 20 which has a plurality of first cutting lines 21 and divides into a plurality of rectangular business cards 22 while leaving remaining portions 23 at the periphery due to the first cutting lines; a second base material 40 which is glued onto the first base material; a pseudoadhesive layer 31 for gluing together the rectangular business card portions of the first base material and the second base material; an adhesive layer 32 for gluing together the remaining portions of the first base material and the second base material.
