摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the application efficiency of detailed information of a poster by simultaneously providing the detailed information to a plurality of users, and also to surely provide the users with the detailed information on the put up poster. SOLUTION: Poster units 2A, 2B are arranged on both the sides of a display/operation unit 1. Posters are stuck to the poster sticking surfaces of the poster units 2A, 2B, and when an IC tag reader 5 reads the IC tag of each poster, a display/operation unit 1 acquires the detailed information on the poster from a server which is not shown. When a user stands near the poster unit 2A or 2B to which interesting posture is stuck, a customer sensor detects the user and the display/operation unit 1 displays the detailed information of the poster on either one of displays 3a, 3b. When the user stands on the side of the display/operation unit 1, the detailed information is displayed on the lower display 3b. SOLUTION: When an operator executes an operation to a signage terminal while touching an IC card, the signage terminal accumulates an operation log which records an operator identification ID inputted from the IC card and operation contents for each operator. A signage management server acquires and analyzes the operation log for each operator while being connected with a plurality of signage terminals so as to prepare content utilization history information for each operator. The signage management server prepares operation-experience information for each operator from the content utilization history information for each operator and transmits it to the plurality of signage terminals. The next time and thereafter, when the operator touches the IC card to the signage terminal, the signage terminal makes a request to the signage management server by the operator identification ID of the IC card. The signage management server prepares a display screen reflecting the content utilization history information for each operator searched by the operator identification ID so as to display it on the signage terminal.
