SOLUTION: This printed matter is a stereoscopic or variable printed matter forming a stereoscopic or variable printed image 2 on a base material 1, and further, constituted so as to laminate the lenticular lens 3 making the image 2 stereoscopically viewable or variably viewable on the image 2, and the image 2 is formed by the random dot screen. In such a case, a color analysis negative (flat plate negative) is formed by applying a random dot screen method to a color original for a stereoscopic image by using a process color scanner. The obtained color analysis negative is contact-inverted to obtain a color analysis positive, then printing is executed by an offset flat-bed proofpress. Then, the lenticular lens 3 matched with the pitch of the printed matter is stuck to the printed matter. Thus, the image without moire and with a stereoscopic effect is obtained.

If this antibacterial offset printed matter 1 is used in the production of a calendar, a slip, a chart or a medication paper bag used in a hospital, a drugstore or a place requiring sanitary environment, it can be made useful for preventing environmental pollution and indoor infection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable high quality offset printing to be executed without fine wrinkles, by providing the heating roller of a smooth surface and a press roller for pressing paper after printing onto the heating roller to the downstream of a printing unit. CONSTITUTION:Fine wrinke is are occasionally generated on a printed paper 3 which has passed through a drier 5 affected by water evaporation at the drier 5. The paper 3 having small wrinkles is sent to a processor 10, and fed between a heating roller 12 and a press roller 13 under a state where the small wrinkles have been smoothed with a smoothing roller 11. The heating roller 12 and the press roller 13 heat and press the paper 3, and thermally fixes the paper 3. Fine wrinkles are thus removed. Besides, the paper 3 becomes smooth because of being heated and pressed, and both a printed part and a blank part are imparted with luster. In order to excellently remove fine wrinkles, 50-100 deg.C in heating roller temperature, 10-150 kg/cm in press pressure, and 90-95 deg. shore D hardness in the surface hardness of the press roller 13 are preferable. Further with the more number of the heating rollers 12 and the press rollers 13, the removal of fine wrinkles and addition of luster is more effective.
