The ratio of the component (a) accounts for 15-70 mass% of the whole sealant film.

The laminated film forming at least one side of the bag and an area including the spout has an outward, semi-cylindrical protuberance formed so as to extend from the spout toward the inside beyond the basal portion of the spout. The protuberance is formed by a method in which the laminated film is pushed into a semi-cylindrical female die at normal temperatures. In addition, tape-like sheets are heat bonded to the laminated film on both sides of the opening of the protuberance so as to be situated further inside than the basal portion of the spout and across the opening.
