摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and properly determine whether a plurality of users are suitable for SNS communication, before starting actual communication.SOLUTION: A coupling device 1 includes: means for executing at least one of bibliography information analysis for analyzing bibliography information of electronic books owned by users for each of the users, and browsing status analysis for analyzing browsing status of the electronic books of the users for each of the users; and a coupling rate detection part 31 which detects a coupling rate between the users from a matching rate of the bibliography information based on the bibliography information analysis or/and the browsing status based on the browsing status analysis on the users.
