The chemical carrier is composed so that at least a part of the chemical carrier is brought into contact with the inner surface of the flexible bag or nonwoven fabric even when the chemical carrier contracts with the passage of use. The end point of the evaporation of the chemical can be recognized by visually observing the state of the disappearing chemical carrier.
