    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic-wave absorber whose electromagnetic-wave absorptivity does not depend upon frequencies. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic-wave absorber can absorb 45 to 50% of irradiating electromagnetic-wave energy by setting surface resistance value of an electromagnetic-wave absorber 18 to 30π to 120π(Ωsq.). Further, electromagnetic absorption characteristics do not depend upon frequencies because of a single conductive layer 26. The electromagnetic-wave absorber is therefore usable for wide-band electromagnetic waves. The conductive layer 26 is formed in predetermined pattern, so the conductive layer 26 having a surface resistance value within a range where the conductive layer 26 can stably be formed can be used and the surface resistance value of the electromagnetic-wave absorber 18 is controlled by making the pattern shape of the conductive layer 26 different.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing material mainly comprised of a solvent soluble resin, used for a conductive pattern manufacturing method including a step for gravure printing of a mask part on a support such as a film, capable of reducing a problem such as plate clogging or doctor stripes that easily occur when using a conventional printing material mainly comprised of polyvinyl alcohol.
      SOLUTION: Gravure printing of a mask is performed using the printing material including the configuration of (a)-(d), (a) water soluble acrylic resin being contained in 5 to 25 mass%; (b) acid number of the water-soluble acrylic resin as 50 to 200 and Tg at 60 to 100°C; (c) one or more selected from a group of titanium oxide, magnesium carbonate and precipitated barium sulfate contained in 5 to 30% as an inorganic pigment; (d) viscosity as 500 to 3,000 mPa×S.
