The casing 40 is mounted to cover the electric component section 11. The electric component section 11 or the cover 30 has elastic sections 14, 32 for elastically supporting the cover body 31 to the electric component section 11. The elastic sections 14, 32 elastically deform so that the cover body 31 is disposed on a prescribed position to the casing 40 when the casing 40 is mounted on the electric component section 11.
