When the refrigerating machine is activated, the fan 7 is supplied with the power from the power source 8 and sends wind to the buffer 4 as shown by the arrow A to cool the buffer 4. The temperature of the buffer 4 is prevented from being raised by heat emitted from the heated compressor 1 or the like so that refrigeration capacity is prevented from being lowered.
