摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply provide a planar solid oxide fuel cell with its high performance consisting of a solid electrolyte and a composite electrode by permeating a catalytic precursor through a fuel or an oxide gas link body into a porous composite body consisting of a composite net-shaped structure of an ion conductivity phase and an electric conductivity phase, activating it by heating process, and forming an electrode. SOLUTION: A planar solid oxide fuel cell 10 consisting of a terminal board 20 having a fuel gas path 25, an anode electrode 30, a solid electrolyte 40 such as stabilized ZrO2 , a cathode electrode 50, a two pole separation plate 10 having an oxide gas path 65, and a fuel gas path 25 is laminated in plurality, and a fuel cell stack is provided. At least one electrode of this cell 10 consists of a porous composite body with an adjacent net-shaped structure of an ion conductive phase and an adjacent net-shaped structure of an electric conductivity phase, and contains an active electric catalyst phase contact with and dispersed from the conductivity of both. This catalyst phase is preferably consists of PrCoO3 , a nitride salt of a metal is permeated as a solution into a net-shaped structure of the above electrode, is heated, and is formed as an active particle.
