    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting screw fastening parts capable of preventing a foreign matter such as chips produced at the screw fastening parts from entering fluid flow passages within first and second parts when both first and second parts are fastened together by threadable engagement of the external thread part of the second part with the internal thread part of the first part. SOLUTION: The external thread part 29 formed in a check valve 19 is threadably engaged with the internal thread part 23 formed in a mounting hole 22 in a pump housing 12, to fasten both parts together. The first flow passage 18 for fluid within the pump housing 12 is thereby connected with a second flow passage 30 for fluid inside the check valve 19. A gasket 31 is disposed between the peripheral edge of the opening of the mounting hole 22 and the outer periphery of the rear end of the external thread part 29 of the check valve 19. A partitioning member 32 for partitioning the screw fastening parts of the internal thread part 23 and the external thread part 29 from both flow passages 18 and 30 is interposed between the front end of the check valve 19 and the inner bottom face 22a of the mounting hole 22.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable solenoid valve 1 preventing the deficiency caused by foreign matters by discharging the foreign matters in the solenoid valve 1 together with fuel by providing a fuel inlet port 3b in a flange 3 (fixed core) and a fuel passage in the sliding section where a valve element 6 and a valve hole 9a slide with each other and making fuel flow in the fuel passage provided in the sliding section. SOLUTION: A second fuel inlet port 3b is provided in the flange 3 (fixed core), and a notch section 6a is provided in the sliding section where the valve element 6 and the valve hole 9a slide with each other for forming the fuel passage. Through this constitution, the foreign matters going into the solenoid valve 1 and the abrasion powder product in the valve 1 are quickly discharged out of the valve 1 passing through the fuel passage together with fuel without retaining near the sliding section of the valve element 6 and the valve hole 9a. Since such deficiency as interference of the motion of the valve element 6 caused by the fixing of foreign matters to the sliding section of the valve element 6 and the acceleration of wearing of the valve element 6 due to foreign matters can be prevented, therefore, the highly reliable solenoid valve 1 can be provided.
