The boot 4 has a base end side fitting part 421 fitted to the high voltage tower part 3, a front end side fitting part 422 fitted to the spark plug 5, an opposing part (flange 43) opposed to an inner circumferential surface of an opening of a communication hole, a base end side tube 44 provided adjacently to the base end side with respect to the opposing part, a front end side tube 45 provided adjacently to the front end side with respect to the opposing part, and a seal 46 for sealing between an inner wall of the plug hole and the boot 4, on the front end side than the front end side tube 45. An outer diameter D2 of the front end side tube 45 is smaller than an outer diameter D1 of the base end side tube 44.
