Next, based on the TAO (Fr), a front seat blower voltage to be applied on a blower motor 8 on the front seat side is calculated. At the same time, based on the TAO (Rr), a rear seat blower voltage to be applied on a blower motor 27 on the rear seat side is calculated. And then, based on the TAO (Rr), an opening state of a rear seat solenoid valve 30 is determined.

The blowing direction of conditioning air can be automatically set even to a frequently changing air conditioning load or a slowly changing air conditioning load as cabin internal temperature. The comfortableness of occupants can be improved without performing any manual operation.

In this case, when both the ventilating passages 12, 13 exist in a temperature controllable area, target opening of the wind distributing door 10 is maintained in 50%. That is, independent air quantity control of respective air conditioning zones is prohibited to maintain respective wind distributing quantities of both the ventilating passages 12, 12 in the same to thereby prevent temperature interference between the respective air conditioning zones to avoid the deterioration of independent temperature control.
