The air conditioning electric controller 30 controls the operation of the auxiliary air blower 50 in accordance with the operating condition of the main air blower 13, thus reducing the manufacturing cost and the occurrence of noise.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a standard district heater unit which is not of inside and outside air two-layer flow type into the two-layer flow type by arranging a partitioning plate within the case of the heater unit, and providing a temperature control guide. SOLUTION: A partitioning plate 9 is inserted to a case 1 provided for standard district in order to make a heater unit to an inside and outside air two- layer flow type for cold district. The partitioning plate 9 is arranged in the vertical center of the case 1 to vertically partition the case 1. However, when only the partitioning plate 9 is inserted into the case 1, the vertical flow by an inner wall guide 8 is blocked by the partitioning plate 9 to deteriorate the temperature control performance. Therefore, a temperature control guide 10 is arranged on the lower stream of an air heating heat exchanger 2 and a bypass passage 3, and the wind direction carried in the case 1 is three- dimensionally changed to blow out temperature controlled air of a necessary temperature through each air outlet port 5, 6, 7. Accordingly, the cost of the heater unit for cold district can be suppressed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten a passage partitioning effect of a door on the stop position setting side by providing a stepped part where only one of both doors is brought into contact and the other door is not brought into contact in a region in which turning areas of two doors lap each other in a wall surface of an air passage, and and forming a seal surface of the stop position of one door. SOLUTION: The turning areas of both air mix doors 17, 18 partly lap each other like circular arc ranges 17b, 18b, and in the inner wall surface of an air conditioning case 11, a region where the turning areas 17b, 18b lap each other is provided with a stepped part where only an auxiliary air mix door of both air mix doors is brought into contact and the main air mix door 17 is not brought into contact. This stepped part 11b is formed on two opposite case wall surfaces, so that both end parts in the direction of a rotation axis 18a of the auxiliary air mix door 18 are brought into contact with the stepped part 11b. In the auxiliary air mix door 18 part, at the stop position during maximum heating, it is brought into contact with the stepped part 11b to form a seal surface, thereby improving partitioning operation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heating ability in a double layer flow mode for letting flow by dividing inside air and outside air. SOLUTION: This device has a heater core 13 arranged so as to cross over a first air passage 8 at inside air side and a second air passage 9 at outside air and also the heater core 13 is arranged toward a hot water exit 13c side from a hot water entrance 13a side to form as one direction flow type that the hot water flows in one direction. The hot water entrance 13a is positioned at the first air passage 8 side and the hot water exit 13c is positioned at the second air passage 9 side. Whereby, inside air of the first air passage 8 is heat exchanged in the hot water entrance 13a side part or outside air of the second air passage 9 is heat exchanged in the hot water exit 13c side part in the heater core 13 at double layer flow mode for letting flow by dividing the inside air and the outside air. Since high temperature hot water from the hot water entrance 13a is first heat exchanged with the inside air and then heat exchanged with the outside air, temperature difference from the hot water and the inside air increases and heat exchange efficiency at this inside air side is improved and heat exchanger blowout air temperature at the inside air side increases.
