摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straightening device to efficiently implement the stable straightening work without any bodily fatigue. SOLUTION: This straightening device comprises a surface plate 10 to load a work having a distorted portion thereon, a blowing device 2 to give a blow to the distorted portion, and a moving means 4 to move the blowing device 2 at least in the right-to-left and longitudinal directions. The blowing device 2 comprises a hammer part 20 movable in the vertical direction, and a blowing force generating device 3 having an advancing/retractable blowing body to give the blowing force to the hammer part 20. The blowing device 2 is located above the distorted portion of the work placed on the surface plate 10, the blowing body of the blowing force generating device 3 is advanced to blow and lower the hammer part 20, and the work is blown by the hammer part 20.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an operation to paste a tape on the curved face of a work easily and positively even when such an operation is required. SOLUTION: A work fixing table 6 for fixing a work 1, a tape supply part 7 for supplying a tape 2, a toggle clamp 15 for holding the tip of the tape 2 and a roller drive part 8 for rotating a pasting roller 18 around a gyratory shaft 0 as a rotational pivot are arranged on a base 5. In addition, the work fixing table 6 is movable along a guide rail 9 between a setting position and a pasting operation position. First, the work 1 is set on the work fixing table 6 and the tip of the tape 2 drawn from the tape supply part 7 is retained by the toggle clamp 15. Next, a gyratory arm 21 is rotated by moving the work fixing table 6 to the pasting operation position and consequently, the pasting roller 18 continues to roll on the tape pasting face 1a of the work 1 in such a state that the tape 2 is held between the pasting roller 18 and the tape pasting face 1a and the roller 18 is pressed into contact with the tape 2. Thus the tape 2 is brought forcibly into contact with the tape pasting face 1a inch by inch to complete the pasting operation. After that, the work fixing table 6 is moved to the setting position and the work 1 is removed.
