摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable forming a discharge gap without being regulated by various kinds of specifications in constitution where static electricity applied on a signal terminal is discharged via the discharge gap. SOLUTION: A signal electrode 30a in an electrode row 30 formed on an interface board 21 is connected with an IC 31 mounted on a user side circuit 25. A user side common pattern 32 of continuous length which is connected with a common electrode 30b is formed on the peripheral edge of the user side circuit 25. The user side common pattern 32 faces the signal electrode 30a interposing a very adjacent discharge gap (0.2 mm). When static electricity is applied to the signal electrode 30a, the static electricity discharges to the user side common pattern 32 and escapes to a ground pattern 33 via a capacitor 34.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise environment of a control device from degrading due to the routing around of a cable by reducing the number of cables which are routed around within a case of the control device. SOLUTION: For a robot control device, the connection between a plurality of power boards 22 where an inverter circuit 12 is incorporated and a main board 24 where a drive control part 14 and a higher-order control part 16 are incorporated, a connection between each power board 22 and a power source board 28, and a connection between each power boards 22 and a motor 2 are all performed via a wiring board 30 in which a wiring pattern for connection is formed. To the wiring board 30, the main board 24 the power board 22 are connected via connectors C3-C5. As a result, the number of cables for connecting each of them is reduced, so that the noise occurring from routing-around of a cable within a case is prevented from occurring. Here, the wiring board 30 is a multilayered wiring board, wherein a large current wiring pattern and a weak current wiring pattern are allocated on a different board surfaces.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abnormal output signal from being outputted in constitution where the signal of a different output form is outputted in accordance with an output signal from a D/A converter. SOLUTION: In an initial state where first and second switches 12 and 14 are turned off, a third switch 22 is turned on and a D/A converter 11 is connected to an output stabilization resistor 23. When an output command is given to the D/A converter 11 in the initial state, current from the D/A converter 11 flows in the output stabilization resistor 23 and is stabilized. Thus, current or voltage can stably be outputted from respective output terminals 13 and 21 by changing over the switch from such initial state. Since the gain resistor 20 of a non-inversion amplification circuit 15 is bypassed by the turn-on of a fourth switch 24 in a state where the second switch 14 is turned off, 0 V is outputted from the non-inversion amplification circuit 15.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten flexibility, also perform fast response and further reduce a consumption current in a configuration in which data are transmitted and received between a controller side circuit and a user side circuit through a photocoupler. SOLUTION: An interface module 21 is provided with a PC side circuit 23 and a user side circuit 25. The circuit 23 is connected to a PC 27, and the circuit 25 is connected to a control device 29. Here, the circuit 25 is provided with a CPU 30, and the CPU 30 is connected with a gate array 22 by a pair of photocouplers 26 for transmission and reception. The CPU 30 performs serial data communication with the array 22 on the basis of a prescribed communication protocol and is also made to operate according to a program so as to give received data to a control circuit 24 on the basis of the prescribed communication protocol.
