摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a hydraulic device using excess charge flow for a purpose of lubrication by providing a charge pump capable of supplying fluid amount that a main pump requires or more and a priority/deflection circuit selectively distributing excess fluid from the charge pump to a second hydraulic device and the entrance of the charge pump. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control circuit 28 receives hydraulic fluid from a charge pump 12 via a filter/filter bypass circuit 30 and distributes fluid to a main pump 14 and lubricating liquid circuits 16 to 22. Oil is flowed to an entrance of the main pump 14 if necessary or oil is flowed to a charge pressure priority/deflection valve 40 if there is no necessity. The valve 40 supplies oil to a lubricating liquid circuits 20, 22 at 0.5 bar. When pressure in these lubricating liquid circuits 20, 22 reaches 1.0 bar, the valve 40 is further opened and is guided to lubricating liquid circuits 16, 18. When pressure reaches 1.5 bar by the valve 40, parts from the charge pump 12 and a filter circuit are directed to a flow path 52 and is returned to an entrance of the charge pump 12.
