    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply the cleanness of an inner and an outer surfaces by a method wherein an at least three-layered laminate is separated between a first base material layer and a second base material layer so as to arrange the second base material layer, a third base material layer and the first base material layer in the order named so as to pile them up under the state that the outside surface and the inside surface expose the separated surfaces. SOLUTION: By laminating at least three layers or a first, a second and a third base material layers 1, 2 and 3 in the order named, a laminate 4 is produced. Further, as shown by the arrow P, the laminate 4 is separated between the first base material layer 1 and the second base material layer 2, resulting in producing separated surfaces 5 and 6. Next, as shown by the arrow P1, after the separation, the first base material layer 1 is turned upside down so as to obtain the order of the second base material layer 2, the third base material layer 3 and the first base material layer 1 and, at the same time, a laminate 9 is formed by piling up the outside surface 7 and the inside surface 8 so as to expose the produced separated surfaces 5 and 6 in order to manufacture a packaging clean film A. Accordingly, cleanness is stably produced and a double bag can be easily produced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover tape from being broken when it is peeled off by specifying respectively draw ratio in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the base layer of the cover tape, and preparing it of a monoaxially strongly drawn plastic film with specified draw ratios in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction and a heat sealant layer. SOLUTION: A cover tape is constituted by providing a monoaxially strongly drawn plastic film wherein the draw ratio of the base layer 1 of the cover tape is 2-8-fold in the longitudinal direction and 1-3-fold in the transverse direction and the draw ratio in the longitudinal direction is at least 2-fold of the draw ratio in the transverse direction and if necessary, a heat sealant layer 4 through an intermediate layer 5. The plastic used for the monoaxially strongly drawn film is selected from polyethylene terephthalate, nylon 6, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyimide, etc. As a method for drawing the film, monoaxial drawing in the transverse or longitudinal direction, successive biaxial drawing, simultaneous biaxial drawing, etc., can be applied.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the degree of cleanness and reduce generated static electricity, etc., effectively by a method wherein an antistatic layer is provided between layers of clean film for packaging and by peeling off a layer of protective film a clean antistatic layer is obtained. SOLUTION: Immediately before the entry into a clean room, a clean film for packaging to constitute a vessel body and a clean film for packaging to constitute a lid are each stripped of layers of protective film with which the clean films are provided on their upper and lower sides so that the films are conveyed to the clean room each with their exposed surfaces in a clean state. Next, inside the clean room, the film, comprising a layer of base film 1, heat- sealing layer 2, and antistatic layer 3 as constituents of the vessel body, is formed into a vessel body under a vacuum to pressurized atmosphere. After that, the vessel body is packed with, e.g. an electronic product as the contents A, and at the flange part of the opening of the vessel body the film, comprising a layer of base film 10, a heat-sealing layer 11, and an antistatic layer 13 as constituents of the lid, is placed against the heat-sealing layer of the vessel body and sealing is effected under heat therebetween.
