摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating unit in which treatment of cooling successively to heating can efficiently be performed in a short time by one hot pressing apparatus, and to provide a hot pressing apparatus provided with the heating unit.
SOLUTION: The heating unit has structure where a cooling plate 3a, a shock absorption sheet 2a, a planar heater 1a and a mirror finished surface plate are stacked in this order. The planar heater is program-controlled so that heat generation quantity and/or heating temperature to passing time lies in prescribed relation. The shock absorption sheet uniformizes a pressure distribution, and controls the flow rate of heat between the cooling plate and the planar heater. The temperature of the cooling plate is controlled to the prescribed one by the control of the flow rate of cooling water in a flow passage at the inside thereof. The hot pressing apparatus is provided with the heating unit.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent release and deposition of preprinting ink by providing a plate surface cleaning means for removing an ink film of a non-printing element part of a plate cylinder surface, thereby suppressing an increase of a tack. SOLUTION: In a printing unit 3 of the gravure printer, a plate surface cleaning roller 13 is provided in an ink pan 8 to be brought into contact with a plate cylinder 10. Synthetic resin wires of metal or solvent resistance having suitable hardness of the degree for not damaging the cylinder surface are embedded in an entire circumference on a surface of the roller 13, and rotated with a circumferential speed difference from rotation of the cylinder to brush the cylinder surface. Thus, since it has the roller 13, an ink film of a non-printing element part can be worn off by means of a circumferential speed difference from that of the cylinder. Further, since ink 7 is agitated by rotation of the roller 13, redissolving of the worn-off ink film is expedited. Accordingly, there occurs no release of preprinting ink due to an increase of tack of the ink film of the non-printing element part.
