    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent release and deposition of preprinting ink by providing a plate surface cleaning means for removing an ink film of a non-printing element part of a plate cylinder surface, thereby suppressing an increase of a tack. SOLUTION: In a printing unit 3 of the gravure printer, a plate surface cleaning roller 13 is provided in an ink pan 8 to be brought into contact with a plate cylinder 10. Synthetic resin wires of metal or solvent resistance having suitable hardness of the degree for not damaging the cylinder surface are embedded in an entire circumference on a surface of the roller 13, and rotated with a circumferential speed difference from rotation of the cylinder to brush the cylinder surface. Thus, since it has the roller 13, an ink film of a non-printing element part can be worn off by means of a circumferential speed difference from that of the cylinder. Further, since ink 7 is agitated by rotation of the roller 13, redissolving of the worn-off ink film is expedited. Accordingly, there occurs no release of preprinting ink due to an increase of tack of the ink film of the non-printing element part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sheet with noncontact IC tag, which can easily provide a sheet with noncontact IC tag without printing an antenna circuit on a base material sheet. SOLUTION: A strip conductor 14a composed of a pair of conductor sheets 14d is provided on the base material sheet 11. An IC chip 20 is mounted across a slit 14c between the conductor sheets 14d, and a protective film 19 is provided to cover the IC chip 20. According to this, a sheet body 30 having the conductor sheets 14d and the IC chip 20 provided on the base material sheet 11 is obtained. The sheet body 30 is cut in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the sheet body 30 by a cutter 27, whereby the sheet with noncontact IC tag 1 can be obtained.
