    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in carton which is unsealable in a clean and stable manner with a force weaker than a usual unsealing force.
      SOLUTION: In the bag-in carton 20, an inner bag 10 has a back sealed part, where side ends of a laminated film, which face each other and have two remaining extra shorter and longer end strips 11, 12, are sealed flat together into a strip shape. The outer surface of the shorter extra end strip 11 is glued to the inner surface of an unsealing strip 2 of an outer box carton 1, and the inner surface of the longer extra end strip 12 is glued to the inner surface of a pasting margin panel 8 of the outer box carton 1. On the back sealed part, a strip pattern of a separable layer formed on the inner surface of the innermost layer of the laminated film has a width greater than a pattern of the flat seal, and has a pattern edge of an irregular shape at the opposite side to the edge of the extra end strips 11, 12. The irregular shape does not overlap the flat seal pattern and has the front end located on a folding back part of the unsealing strip 2 of the outer box carton 1.

The back sealed part has a strip of separable layer on the inner surface of the innermost layer that is at least either of opposite laminated films, and a pattern of the flat seal has an irregular shape at least at the edge side of the extra end strips 11, 12, and a strip of scar is formed on the laminated film on the extra end strip 12 side so that the irregular shape of the flat seal pattern is located in the strip of scar.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable realization of a bag which is excellent in freestanding stability, which can be subjected to heat cooking by a microwave oven with a bag body kept as it is and which is free from escape of a content liquid or the like, by a method wherein a plastic material of which the surface has a non-thermal-adhesion property and the inner surface a thermal adhesion property is folded, the opposed parts having the thermal adhesion property are heat-bonded and the bottom part is shaped like the bottom of a ship. SOLUTION: Front and rear walls 1 and 2 each of which has a surface (p) having a non- thermal-adhesion property and an inner surface (q) having a thermal-adhesion property are put on each other with the inner surfaces (q) opposed. A bottom wall 4 folded in the shape of an inverted V with the inner surface (q) outside and having notch parts 3 in both side edges is inserted into a lower end part between the front and rear walls, and the walls 1, 2 and 4 are laminated.
