    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet taking-up mounting facilitating a loading or unloading of a taking-up sheet into or out of the mounting and capable of storing a vacant mounting within a narrow space even if a large number of mountings are installed. SOLUTION: There is provided a taking-up mounting in which a taking-up of a long sheet wound around a hollow cylindrical core is carried out by passing a shaft through a hollow part of the core, fixing it, mounting it and transporting it. This is constituted at least by a pedestal, a shaft fixing part and the shaft. The shaft fixing part is provided at a central part of the shaft in its longitudinal direction. The taking-up portion can be hung by the shaft and the shaft fixing part. Fixing of the shaft to the shaft fixing part or removing of the shaft from the shaft fixing part can be carried out. After removal of the shaft from the shaft fixing part, the shaft fixing part can be folded in respect to the pedestal. Accordingly, the taking-up mounting of this invention is set such that the taking-up of the long sheet wound on a hollow cylindrical core can be fixed by passing the shaft through the hollow part of the core and no items are attached to the end part of the shaft, resulting in that loading or unloading of the taking-up to or from the mounting (shaft) is quite simple.

SOLUTION: This smoothing device has a pressing mechanism section consisting of first and second automatic-aligning bearings parts 20A, 20B which freely rotatably bear the revolving shafts existing at both side ends of a smoothing roll 18 respectively in arbitrary directions, first and second load cells 22A, 22B which are mounted at these two automatic-aligning bearings parts and measure the reaction force from the web W, swing arms 24A, 24B for controlling the pressing force of the smoothing roll 18 on the web B respectively independently on both sides in such a manner that the reaction forces measured by these load cells are made equal, air cylinders 26A, 26B which turn these arms and stoppers 28a, 28B which regulating the turning terminals of the arms.
