摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly ground a transparent substrate, to obviate the intrusion of bubbles in a molding stage, to uniformly spread a resin and to stabilize performance by supplying the resin with nozzles at >=2 points. CONSTITUTION:The 2P resin is applied by one piece of the nozzle onto a metallic mold 3a and the transparent substrate is placed on the 2P resin. The 2P resin is forcibly spread by applying a pressure thereto via the metallic mold 3a and the transparent substrate. The 2P resin, however, is not spread uniformly on the concentrical circle and cannot be transferred similarly to the metallic mold 3a. One piece of the nozzle is thereupon added to the part where the 2P resin is not spread and the 2P resin is applied by two pieces of the nozzles 1a, 1b. The transparent substrate is thereafter placed on the resin and the pressure is applied thereto via the metallic mold 3a and the transparent substrate to forcibly spread the 2P resin. The resin is spreaded and the transference is executed in the same manner as for the metallic mold 3a in such a manner. As a result, the transparent substrate is uniformly grounded and the 2P substrate for the optical disk having the stable performance is obtd.
