    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an inexpensive precast composite beam while securing the unity of a concrete beam and a slab concrete. SOLUTION: In the structure of a precast composite beam for connecting between columns 2 of steel pipe concrete construction, a reinforcing bar of the reinforcement concrete has a first beam longitudinal reinforcement one stage reinforcement 3 disposed in the vicinity of the end of a flange of a H-steel 8 and extended in the axial direction of the precast composite beam 1 and a second beam longitudinal reinforcement one stage reinforcement 4 disposed in the vicinity of the central part of the flange of the H-steel and extended in the axial direction of the precast composite beam. The first beam longitudinal reinforcement first stage reinforcement 3 connects the ends of the first beam longitudinal reinforcement one stage reinforcement disposed in the vicinity of the flange ends at the upper and lower sides of the H-steel 8 to form a hoop, and the second beam longitudinal reinforcement one stage reinforcement 4 has the end thereof bent toward the other flange part 8a of the H-steel 8. The structure is provided with plural stirrups 7 in which the pitch of a transfer part from the reinforced concrete construction to the steel skeleton construction is finer than the pitch of the other portion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the construction of a low-cost composite precast beam while securing a concrete beam and a slab concrete as one united body. SOLUTION: Steel pipe columns filled with concrete are jointed together, the ends of joints to the columns are made of a steel framed concrete structure having a H-shaped steel with the central portion made of a composite precast beam construction formed by reinforced concrete; and steel bars for the reinforced concrete are constituted with first stage bars for beam main reinforcement extending in axial direction of the composite precast beam 1 fixed to the flange portion 7 of H-shaped steel 14 and second stage bars 4 as main reinforcement of the beam arranged at the inner side of the flange portion 7 of the H-shaped steel 14, and the second stage bars 4 for the beam main bars are arranged near the studs 10 fixed to the inner side of the flange portion 7 of the H-shaped steel 14, and a plurality of stirrups 5 arranged at finer intervals than the pitches for other portions are provided at the portion where the reinforced concrete of the composite precast beam 1 is switched to the steel framed concrete structure.
