    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a low noise and enable a refrigerant to be divided to flow in a specific distributing ratio. SOLUTION: This distributor is constructed such that a rotary member 2 formed with a plurality of flow distribution passage is rotatably arranged within a flow distribution region 11 into which refrigerant from a flowing-in passage 7 flows. The flow distribution passage is formed into a suitable shape in such a way that the rotary member 2 may be rotated by the fact that the refrigerant flows in the flow distribution passages. Further, this is constructed such that the plurality of flow distribution passages are changed over in sequence and communicated with a plurality of flowing-out passages 14, 15 as the rotary member 2 is rotated. Accordingly, the refrigerant flowing in the flow distribution passages is dispersed into and supplied to a plurality of flowing-out passages 14, 15, thereby it is possible to divide the refrigerant in a specific distributing ratio without producing any noise caused by an increased flow speed.

    • PURPOSE:To allow correct operation when a device is adapted to the low fluid pressure by inserting a pressure guide pipe downward into a liquid container storing a preset quantity of a liquid, and immersing it to the preset depth in the liquid. CONSTITUTION:When an air stream W generated by a fan 4 passes a fluid passage 1, a pressure difference is generated between the front and the rear of a heat exchanger T. This pressure difference is detected by a pressure difference meter 3 provided on a bypass passage 2. When the pressure difference between the front and the rear of the heat exchanger T is increased and nears the limit pressure of the pressure difference meter 3 due to the abnormal rotating speed of the fan 4, the pressure guided into the pressure guide pipe 7 of a pressure relief device A from the inlet side 2a of the passage 2 exceeds the head value of the liquid immersion section of the guide pipe 7, the water in the guide pipe 7 is discharged, and the guided pressure is released to the gas phase section of a liquid container 6 as bubbles B and guided to the outlet side 2b of the passage 2. The pressure exceeding the limit pressure is not applied to the pressure difference meter 3, and the device A functions satisfactorily as a safety device.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a refrigerator from operating in case of gas shortage at the time of starting by adding a bypass circuit for conducting at the time of starting for a predetermined period of time between an outlet side of an air-cooled condenser and an input side of high pressure gas refrigerant of a high pressure control valve. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant amount to be circulated in a refrigerant circuit in the amount of stored liquid refrigerant in an air-cooled condenser 11 tends to become insufficient at the time of starting, and pressure of gas refrigerant to be discharged, supplied to a second inlet port 17 of a high pressure control valve 13 remains low. Accordingly, in the valve 13, the port 17 communicates with an outlet port 18, a first inlet port 16 connected to the outlet side of the condenser 11 does not communicate with the port 18, but since a three-way solenoid valve 35 of a bypass circuit 33 is so switched as to conduct the circuit 33 for a predetermined period of time (i.e., a period of time set by a timer 36), the liquid refrigerant stored in the condenser 11 is fed to the port 17 of the valve 13 through the circuit 33 to be circulated to a refrigerant circulating circuit, thereby preventing it from operating in case of gas shortage at the time of starting.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically keep a temperature difference between fluids within a designated temperature range by automatically driving a valve member by the first and second temperature sensing springs made of a shape memory alloy, which have sensed the temperature of both fluids to change the flow ratio between both fluids. CONSTITUTION:The acting force Fx of the first temperature sensing spring 10 which is made of a shape memory alloy and deformed on sensing the temperature Tx of the first fluid X and the acting force Fy of the second temperature sensing spring 20 adapted to deform on sensing the temperature Ty of the second fluid Y are loaded on a valve member 6, and the opening Gx of the first valve passage portion 16 and the opening Gy of the second valve passage portion 26 are regulated to decide the flow rate Sx, Sy of both fluids X, Y. For example, in case of applying the valve to a distribution valve of a refrigerating unit, though the first fluid X passes through the first evaporating coil 41 in the refrigerating unit and the second fluid Y passes through the second evaporating coil 42, the valve member 6 is displaced in either direction to reduce a temperature difference DELTAT between both cooling media X, Y. Thus, various apparatus to which both the first and second fluids are supplied can be operated with the maximum efficiency.
