摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve unformity of a blowing off air current and miniaturization by a method wherein a filter medium which is composed of a polytetrafluoroethylene porous film, a pressure loss has a specific value, and a PF value to be calculated from a speific collecting efficiency by a specific formula has a specific value, is used. SOLUTION: A performance to be rearly required as a filter medium can be said to be that improvement of a collecting efficiency and a decrease of a pressure loss according to a purpose and place to be used are simultaneously satisfied. The performance to be made numerical by a balance of the collecting efficiency and the pressure loss is a PF value. That is, the filter medium is composed of a polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) porous film. Its pressure loss when air is allowed to pass therethrough at a flow speed of 5.3 cm/sec is within a range of 2 to 100 mm H2 O, and more preferably within a range of 2 to 50 mm H2 O. Then, the PF value to be calculated by the formula from the collecting efficiency for which a dioctylphthalate(DOP) of 0.10 to 0.12 μm is used, is at least 8, and more preferably at least 18.
