    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas engine oil capable of maintaining oxidation stability of the gas engine oil having low ash content, used under high-temperature conditions and having ≤1,000 KW power generation capacity over a long period.
      SOLUTION: The gas engine oil uses (1) a poly-α-olefin and (2) a fatty acid ester as (A) a synthetic lubricating oil base oil and at least following components B to E are contained in the base oil. The component B which is basic calcium salicylate as a metal type cleansing agent has a content of 1,300-2,000 wt. ppm expressed in terms of Ca concentration. The component C which is a zinc dialkyldithiphosphate as an agent for preventing abrasion has a content of 400-1,000 wt. ppm expressed in terms of P concentration. The component D which is non-metallic antioxidant has a content of 0.1-5 wt.%. The component E which is a bis type succinic acid imide or its derivative as a dispersing agent has a content of 500-1,500 wt. ppm expressed in terms of N concentration.

      SOLUTION: This polyester-based block copolymer comprises a fluorene-based polyester block chain (A) having a 9,9-bis(hydroxyaryl)fluorene skeleton and an aromatic polyester block chain (B) linked by a chain extender. The copolymer may be produced by way of a step of melt-kneading the fluorene skeleton-containing polyester-based resin having 9,9-bis(hydroxyaryl)fluorene skeleton with the aromatic polyester-based resin in the presence of a depolymerizing agent to depolymerize them; and a step of adding a chain extender to the product produced by the depolymerization to react the fluorene-based polyester block chain (A) with the aromatic polyester block chain (B).
