    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage tank having a heat insulation structure having excellent heat insulation performance and attaching/detaching performance with relation to a heat insulation structure of the hot water storage tank for a hot water storage type hot water supply device such as an electric hot water device and a heat pump type hot water supply device.
      SOLUTION: This hot water storage tank comprises a hot water storage can to which a plurality of pipes are connected, a case to contain the hot water storage can, and a dent part of a form along the outline of the hot water storage can. The dent part is tightly applied to the hot water storage can. It is provided with a two-layer molded heat insulation member 13 to enclose the hot water storage can. The molded heat insulation member comprises two layers of an inner layer 15 to get in contact with the storage hot water can formed of heat-resistant foam material, and an outer layer 16 of non-heat-resistant foam material. Work efficiency can be improved with reduced manhours for manufacturing and assemblage. Attaching/detaching work for maintenance can be very easy to improve workability. Heat insulation performance is greatly improved by change of heat conductivity at boundary surfaces between the layers. Similar heat insulation effect can be achieved even when it is thinner, thereby cost is reduced.
