摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit for an extruder system, a filter structure for an extruder system having the same type of the filter unit, and a related filter exchange device.SOLUTION: The filter unit (35) for an extruder system has an outside holder (36) which has a hollow cylindrical shape and defines an inner portion (42). A plurality of outside penetrated openings (45) are opened to the inner portion (42). An outside filter element (37) is arranged on the holder (36) in an area of the outside penetrated openings (45). An inside holder (38) having a plurality of inside penetrated openings (67 and 68) is arranged in the inner portion (42). An inside filter element (39) is arranged on the inside holder (38) in the area of the inside penetrated openings (67 and 68). A filter area corresponding to both the outside filter element (37) and the inside filter element (39) is provided using the filter unit (35) so that the low differential pressure of a plastic material melt to be filtrated is achieved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for starting up a processing plant for producing plastic material granulates enabling an easy and safe start-up of processing and the processing plant.SOLUTION: In a processing plant for producing plastics material granulate, a screw injection molding machine 3 is firstly driven by means of a drive device 18 and then plastics material 2 to be processed is fed by means of a metering device 24 into the screw injection molding machine. At least one conveying position of the plastics material 2 in the screw injection molding machine 3 is determined by means of a control device by evaluating at least one measuring signal. Depending on the conveying position determined, a granulating device 6 is activated.
